US National Sales Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • To establish / development new businesses in according to company services including

  • Develop sales strategy and action plan to target key accounts and new business from the corporate segment in Hong Kong.

  • Prepare sales proposals / tender and provide solution to customers

  • Build strong relationships and actively promote all products to corporate clients

  • Ensure enquiries are followed timely and feedback received on lost business

  • Support the development of a business plan to reveal future business opportunities

  • Represent the company and attend local and regional industry events and trade shows

  • Produce sales call report and follow up action plan

  • Maintain and update file for each account as per standard

  • Proposal drafting and presentations

  • Explore and analyze business potential and extend new product development to increase market share and business sales

  • To manage different projects with our existing clients in according to the company services

  • Coordinate with internal departments and liaise with external partners for planning and execution of various marketing campaigns

  • Monitor business performance and support all project related reports to keep management posted of programme progress and issues 

  • Prepare marketing and advertising materials

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with minimum 8 years relevant experience

  • PC proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Prepare proposals, handle enquiries, quotation preparation & other sales related duties

  • Experience in market research and data analysis techniques

  • Experience in CRM and on-line media platforms is a definitely advantage

  • Experience in FMCG industry an advantage

  • Experience in new product marketing development

  • Able to work on own initiative

  • Team-orientated and capable of working in a multi-cultural environment

  • Fluent in English, fluent in Spanish an added bonus

  • Experience in US and/or International markets - retail or medical needed

  • Immediate availability preferable

 

Commission structure included.
